Jordan Spieth might be the latest breakout star in the golf world, but he seems to feel like he has a long way to go before he becomes a true legend.

Jordan Spieth Kisses His Girlfriend On 'The Greatest Day' Of His Life

On Wednesday, SB Nation posted the details on the pro golfer who opened up on people comparing him to icon Tiger Woods. This is something that Spieth doesn't approve of- at least not during this time in his career.

"That parallels that are drawn between me and Tiger are unfair," the 21-year-old said. "It's something that people are looking for, but is not there with anybody right now because it's something, I don't think, that can be compared until at least midway through their career. This is an early timetable. When people ask me about these kind of parallels I try and shake it off because it's not the same."

Jordan Spieth Opens Up On Getting 'Ahead' Of Himself

Despite the fact that he may not feel like Tiger Woods right now, the man said that he's satisfied with how things are going in his golfing career.

"I'm extremely happy with where I've been and how we've been able to compete and win a couple majors at my age," Spieth said. "But at the same time I certainly have an appreciation for how Tiger could continue and continue and continue to keep winning majors at just an unbelievable percentage of the amount that he played in because it's not easy."
