Lauren Conrad, reality star turned author and fashion designer, broke up with boyfriend Kyle Howard more than a year ago, but she hasn't dished a thing ... until now. Conrad, 26, and "My Boys" actor Howard, 32, split in June 2011. The couple never gushed about their relationship when they were involved or when it ended. In an Aug. 29 blog post, Conrad discussed her breakup while giving advice to one of her single fans.
