Why is Macy’s closing down its stores?

Donald Trump is involved in another lawsuit. According to a Feb. 19 Reuters report, Trump has threatened to sue Angelo Carusone, the organizer of a Macy's boycott against him.

The Macy's 2012 Thanksgiving Day Parade is an annual tradition loved by many around the world. On Thursday, Nov. 25 millions of people will tune in to watch the parade, which will walk a new route in New York City. Over 8,000 people will participate in marching bands, riding atop floats, and in various performance groups. The musical performers scheduled to sing on board floats this year include Cody Simpson and Carly Rae Jepsen. Additionally, Manheim Steamroller, Jennette McCurdy, Colbie Caillat and Chris Isaak. Several other famous stars will wave to millions of attendees standing watch along the route including Miss USA Olivia Culpo and several 2012 Olympic Gold Medalists.

Once a year, retailers hold special events and sales all on the same night for the sake of the fashion industry, Fashion's Night Out on Sept. 6 was an opportunity for shoppers and retailers to dress up, mingle, enjoy themselves and the fashions around them. People used it as an opportunity to bring out the best in their wardrobes and all around New York City retailers threw trunk shoes, have champagne parties and showed customers a good time.
