Lauren Conrad has been married for nearly a year, and earlier this week, she got candid about her struggles.

During a blog post titled "Tuesday Ten: A Q&A With Me!," the 29-year-old Hills star turned designer answered a fan's question about the easiest, and hardest, parts of her marriage to William Tell.

"My favorite thing about being married is knowing that I have a partner in life that I get to do so many wonderful things with," she explained. "Dreaming of the things we will do 20 years from now is so fun. The hardest is compromise. You always want to be considerate of each other. It’s not just about you anymore.

Conrad married Tell on Sept. 13, 2014 after dating for a year-and-a-half. Prior to tell, Conrad was linked to a number of famous men, including actor Kyle Howard, reality star Brody Jenner, Jason Wahler and Dancing With The Stars pro Derek Hough.

Also in her blog Q&A, Conrad addressed the idea of a future family with Tell.

"Maybe two…," Conrad told a fan who wanted to know how many children she and Tell were planning for. "That way we aren’t outnumbered."

Conrad first became a household name when she appeared on Laguna Beach. From there, MTV followed her and her fashion aspirations to Los Angeles, where she appeared on five seasons of The Hills.
