Just hours after news hit the web of Richards' allegedly dangerous mental state, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star returned to Twitter, where she told fans her day was going well.

A short while later, Glanville shared a photo of herself and poked fun at her bad girl persona on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Meanwhile, news claiming Richards was placed on a 5150 hold earlier this month has hit the web. According to a report by E! News, Richards' family requested the hold following Richards' shoplifting arrest.

While Glanville hasn't yet commented on the news of her friend's recent hospitalization, she did speak of Richards during an interview with KTLA last week.

“She’s struggling right now, and, you know, all I can do as a friend is be here for her," Glanville said of Richards. "Obviously, I can’t fix what’s going on, and I’m here for her and I love her. I really don’t want to comment more on it, but unfortunately, there’s some stuff going on.”
