On Thursday's episode of the Ellen DeGeneres show, Mark Wahlberg showed incredible fitness routines that he does to maintain his near-perfect body.

At age 44, the veteran actor can still pump some iron, showing everyone that anyone can be fit, no matter how old you are. The Boston-bred actor revealed that he wakes up at 3 a.m. every morning to make himself a healthy breakfast before hitting the gym.

"I wake up at three, I go down to the kitchen and make myself egg whites, Ezekiel bread, almond butter with a little avocado," Wahlberg shared. "I go downstairs, I workout for about an hour with my buddy Jonathan."

After his workout, the actor shared that he drinks a shake and puts together his food to go for the day - which consists of a turkey burger, a salad, and some sweet potatoes. Afterwhich, he then hits the golf course for a few hours, then he spends a little "alone time" with his wife.

"I'm in bed by 7 p.m. and my wife thinks I'm an old, boring [man]," Wahlberg said.
