Dascha Polanco was accused of assaulting 17-year old Michelle Cardona. According to People, the girl claims that the 33-year old actress punched her, pulled her hair and used her fingernails to hurt the teenager's arms in her Upper Manhattan home.

According to Dascha's lawyer, the claims are false and that Michelle is only out to extort money from the actress.

"This is an attempt to extort money by making a false claim," Gerald Lefcourt said.
