Last week, as Bilyeu announced she was "late" during an episode of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles, Altman shared a photo, which appeared to show off Bilyeu's potential baby bump. Then, days later, he shared a second photo, and Bilyeu appears to be looking as skinny as ever.
"Looking forward to some rest and relaxation with @heatherbilyeu for the next 5 hours. Don't tell me who wins the @patriots game I'm recording it," Altman wrote on Sunday, along with the photo below.

As the eighth season of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles comes to an end, Altman and Bilyeu are finalizing plans for their April 2, 2016 wedding, which is set to take place in Aspen, Colorado.
During an interview with Us Weekly earlier this year, Bilyeu dished on their picture perfect wedding setting: The Aspen Art Museum.
"There's a rooftop deck that overlooks the mountain. You can be more effortless with the details when you have such beautiful surroundings," she explained.
