The Vampire Diaries will air its last episode of the year tomorrow, Thursday, Dec. 10, which is called "Cold as Ice," following the lavish party gone awry from last week's episode.

Will It Be A 'Merry Christmas' In Mystic Falls For Damon, Stefan & Others On 'The Vampire Diaries'?

The episode airing tomorrow night will focus on the holiday season with the residents of Mystic Falls getting into the Christmas spirit.

The CW Television Network's YouTube channel uploaded a sneak peek clip, in which Mary Louise (Teressa Liane) and Valerie (Elizabeth Blackmore) have a bitter exchange.

Could Jodi Lyn O'Keefe Return To 'The Vampire Diaries' In Future Episodes?

As seen in the clip below, Valerie arrives at the Salvatore house where she was staying with Lily (Annie Wersching) and the rest of the heretics before getting thrown out. Now she appears to be retrieving the rest of her things and seems wary that she may stumble upon Julian (Todd Lasance) since Lily's tragic death that ended the lavish party in the last episode.

Mary Louise pops up, informing her former family member that Julian is not around, which leads to the two snippily chatting.

"Is he coming back?" Valerie asks Mary Louise about Julian, but the heretic that stood by his side won't divulge that information as she sassily replies, "None of your concern."

Mary Louise then asks about Nora (Scarlett Byrne) since it seemed their relationship ended as tragically as the party. Nora removed the engagement ring Mary Louise gave her, which came from Julian.

"Have you seen her?" she asks with her eyes glossing over, prompting Valerie to fire back some sass.

"We've spoken," is all Valerie admits at first, which sends Mary Louise on a rant about how everything is her fault.

For whatever reason, Mary Louise still doesn't believe Valerie's story about Julian beating her up until her unborn child with Stefan (Paul Wesley) died back in 1863.

Valerie will answer back with sarcasm as she states, "Yeah, if only I hadn't fallen in love and placed my pregnant womb in front of Julian's boots."

Mary Louise of course doesn't stand down, which causes more harsh words to spew from Valerie that really get to Nora's (former?) lover.

"I always thought you were the nice one and that you had a heart deep down. Guess I was wrong," Valerie shares, adding, "Nora will blossom without you," as a smirk graces her face.

What will happen with Mary Louise's growing rage now that it seems like Nora and her are done for good?

The Vampire Diaries airs on Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
