The preview for the season 7 winter finale of The Good Wife reveals that things are going to go awry for Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and Eli (Alan Cumming).

Could Jason Leave In Winter Finale Of The Good Wife?

The clip is just a build up to an intense moment shared by the two confidantes, in which Eli is seen apologising to Alicia as she looks stunned at the confession he makes. It seems like Eli has gone and done something pretty unsavory and will be breaking Alicia's trust. We have a few ideas, perhaps he did finally manage to get rid of Jason (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). But this seems bigger than that, he seems have gone and wrecked something important in Alicia's life and this makes the finale quite promising.

Eli is also seen finally hooking up with Courtney Boalt (Vanessa Williams), but while this love seems to be blossoming, the clip quickly cuts to darker tones suggesting that Eli's deep love might be unrequited. We're just going to have to wait and find out.

Could Hillary Clinton Guest Star In An Upcoming Episode?  

All in all the clip promises one helluva finale which will definitely change the dynamics of some important relationships on the show.

The episode, tiled KSR will air on December 13.
