Kate Middleton News: Report Denies Claims The Duchess Is Turning Into A ‘Frumpy Mom’ [VIDEO]
When it comes to Kate Middleton, it seems like many people out there either completely love or completely hate her style. But no matter how many times she changes her look or her hairstyle, one thing is for certain: she's no "frumpy" stay-at-home mom.
According to The Stir on Tuesday, the Duchess didn't recently cut her hair because she wanted a "change," but to simply make it more manageable while she raises her two children, Prince George, 2, and 6-month-old Princess Charlotte.
Royal hairdresser Richard Ward told People Magazine's print edition this week that the Duchess still wants to maintain her style but wants to be practical about it too, especially now that she has her hands full with two small children at home.

He said that the Duchess' "lob" is a "a practical style and a great option for a mom who has had long hair, who has a busy life and is short on time."
He added: "It's slightly more sophisticated but with all the benefits of long hair."
What's more, Ward says that those who are looking to follow Kate Middleton's lead and chop off their locks as well are going to need to cut it every six to eight weeks in order to maintain its shape.
