Millions of fans and even some celebrities have offered up congratulations for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West after they welcomed their second child, Saint West, earlier this month. But there’s one superstar couple who has yet to speak out and send their best wishes to KimYe.

An insider told In Touch Weekly magazine Wednesday that Beyonce and Jay Z have been completely silent while Kanye and Kim nurture their newborn.

“Jay Z and Beyonce haven’t said anything. Kanye’s convinced it’s because that he had a son first and secretly fears he’ll never get one. Kanye thinks Jay is just envious of his life.”

At least not publicly anyway. But Beyonce did give the family a shoutout after their welcomed their first child, North West, back in July of 2013. She told the couple to “Enjoy this beautiful moment together.”

Still, it can’t exactly be said that the couple didn’t congratulate Kim and Kanye at all. It just might not have been online for all of us to see. But if they still have yet to say anything, this wouldn’t be the first time they steered clear of one of West’s life changing moments.

Bey and Jay opted out of going to Kanye and Kim’s wedding in May of 2014. It was rumored that the couple didn’t go to the lavish Italy wedding because they wanted to avoid all of the attention. But when they were seen bike riding in the Hamptons on the same day, fuel was added to speculation that they were beefing.
