Kim Kardashian and boyfriend Kanye West may have both recieved a early Valentine's Day present when they visited a doctor's office in Beverly Hills to discover the gender of their unborn baby!

The pregnant reality TV star and West, along with her family members Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian, attended an ultrasound appointment on Wednesday to find out if the couple is having a boy or girl, according to Hollywood Life

The 32-year-old was spotted wearing black leather leggings and a black tee shirt, with a plaid shirt wrapped around her waist.

The family was photographed waiting for the elevator in the doctor's office, anxious and with all smiles.

While Kim and West have promised to keep their baby as private as possible, by vowing to not show their baby on national television, Ryan Seacrest confirmed that the cameras will follow the Kim in her pregnancy on the upcoming season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. 

 "You will see her pregnancy on Keeping Up With the Kardashians because she will be, I think about four-and-a-half-months in when we start shooting for next season," Ryan told to Jay Leno on the Tonight Show on Jan. 10.

 While it's not confirmed what the sex of the couple's newborn will be, the gossip website learned what each is wishing for.

"Kanye wants a boy but would be happy with a girl too, he doesn't really care," a source said. "Kim wants a little girl badly. But right now, nobody knows what they are having."

Kardashian tweeted with excitement on Wednesday, "1st day of filming Keeping Up With The Kardashian's Season 8!!! Wooowhooo!"

The couple, who recently came back from a vacation in Brazil, are planning to add a "nanny wing" into their new home, according to a report. West and Kardashian will have three members of staff to help with the new arrival of their baby, and are willing to pay big bucks when it comes to treating the employees well.

"As with everything Kim and Kanye related, they're not holding back," a source said. "They want to build a wing on their mansion with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a second nursery, a kitchen and a spa area for their new employees."
