Another day, another scandal for the Duggar family. This time around, a new report says scandalized reality star Josh Duggar thinks porn star Danica Dillon's lawsuit against him for assault should be dropped. Apparently, the father-of-four says that he's never met her and that she's nothing more than a "prostitute" who is using his name for headlines.

Is Josh Duggar Covering Up Yet Another Major Lie?

According to Star Magazine on Monday, Dillon is looking to cash in big time with a $500,000 battery lawsuit by claiming that Duggar sexually assaulted her during a meeting the two had together last year. She claims that Duggar allegedly beat her during their paid sex sessions after they met at a strip club.

But things are about to get a whole lot messier, as Duggar and his counsel "have already provided more than one hundred pages of alibi documents to Plaintiff's counsel, as well as video footage and photographs. Defendant also supplied the contact information of many eyewitnesses to ensure that substantive initial disclosures were produced."

Duggar's lawyer continued, "Plaintiff filed a complaint against a public person. She hailed Mr. Duggar into Court in a state in which he has only ever passed through briefly and in which he was not present on the dates Plaintiff alleges she was injured."

So far the Duggar family has not made any official statements about the lawsuit while Duggar himself is in a faith-based rehab facility for his sex and porn addictions. The former reality star has been there since last summer, when he admitted to sexually abusing his sisters and cheating on his wife.
