Many of the Genoa City residents on The Young and the Restless are still fuming over Billy's (Burgess Jenkins) situation, but other situations are on the rise that will cause just as much emotional outrage.

Who Gave Jason Thompson A Warm Welcome On Set Of 'The Young and the Restless'?

During Monday's episode, for instance, Neil (Kristoff St. John) slept with Hilary (Mishael Morgan), which Devon (Bryton James) happened to walk in on.

According to Soaps, Devon will then confide in Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Lily (Christel Khalil) about what he saw during the episode airing today, Jan. 12. It will lead to Lily tracking down Hilary and giving her a piece of her mind as seen in the sneak peek clip below.

"I thought that you had changed!" Lily spews as she shoves Hilary, adding, "You're still the same b-tch that you always were!"

Then, of course a lot of the episode will be centered on Billy's deteriorating health.

"Billy made his wishes clear; a life spent on machines is no life at all," Victoria (Amelia Heinle) says to Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) in the clip above.

Plus, Jill (Jess Walton) will become distraught since Jack (Peter Bergman) was made Billy's power of attorney and it seems as though Jack is leaning towards pulling the plug on Billy's life.

"Don't let him die! Don't let him die!" Jill shouts at Jack in the clip above, which prompts Jack to declare, "You're pleading with me like it's my decision. It is not up to me."

"Yes it is!" Jill insists.

Will Jack keep Billy on life support or take him off?

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
