Following reports that Nick Carter got arrested on Jan. 13 after a bar fight, new details emerged as to how the confrontation started.

Hollywood Life reports that the recent Dancing with the Stars finalist and a friend named Michael Papayans were refused drinks by the bartender because they were allegedly intoxicated. When they were told to leave, Carter reportedly hit the bouncer and Papayans head butted another employee.
