"Hymn for the Weekend" is a song by British rock band Coldplay. It was released on Jan. 25 as the second single from their seventh studio album, A Head Full of Dreams (2015), where it appears as the third track. The song features uncredited vocals from American singer Beyoncé.

According to The Times of India, the video was shot in October, in Mumbai, India. The video was filmed by Ben Mor, and was released on Jan. 29. The video features Beyoncé and Indian actress Sonam Kapoor.

"I love Coldplay's music and so does the world. It was a huge honor to be a part of the video. It's a great concept and I had a lot of fun shooting for it." Kapoor said.
