Months into their relationship, the couple, who stars alongside one another on NBC's The Voice, were seen getting super cozy during Clive Davis' pre-Grammy gala on Feb. 14.

Stefani and Shelton have never been too secretive about their relationship since making their debut last November, and tonight will likely be no different--especially considering the release of Stefani's latest single, "Make Me Love You," which is rumored to be about her beau.

During tonight's Grammy Awards, which start at 8 p.m. on CBS, Stefani's new music video for "Make Me Like You" will premiere during a commercial break.
