Just one week after Undergaro popped the question during Menounos' appearance on Howard Stern's SiriusXM radio show, the E! News host revealed on Snapchat she was undergoing an IVF (in-vitro fertilization) egg retrieval.

"My biggest struggle is the idea of having kids," Menounos told Redbook magazine last year, via PEOPLE Magazine. "Sometimes I feel like I'm drowning with everything that's going on in my life and there aren't even kids in my equation yet. On my reality show last year, I was talking about freezing my eggs. I started the process, but I wasn't successful, and it's still not happening. So let's call it what it is–not a good situation."

Menounos was seen on Jimmy Kimmel Live! this week, where she looked back on Undergaro's proposal, revealing she thought it was a joke at first.

"He did really well so I'm happy. I don't care what he spent [on the ring]," Menounos said, via PEOPLE Magazine, after explaining she was unaware of the diamond's price tag.

"You're in this moment, it's almost like a car accident where your life flashes before your eyes," she said. "A million things were going through my head, and at first I'm like, 'Oh my God, he's totally pulling a prank on me and everyone's going to think he's the biggest a------ in the world.'"
