This isn't going to fair well with Madonna, considering she's one of the strictest mothers in the celebrity world. In fact, it might also ignite another battle with her ex-husband, Guy Ritchie.

There's a new report that says the ex-couple's 15-year-old son Rocco Ritchie was spotted smoking and drinking with friends while he was out and about in London only days after he'd reunited with his mother again.

According to Britain's The Sun paper, the young teenager was photographed by the paparazzi "swigging from a bottle and puffing away" with his friends only a few days after Madonna flew in to London to hopefully repair their strained relationship. Rocco refused to board a plane back to New York City back in December to be with his mother and has since then been living with his director father and his family in the British capital.

What's more eyewitnesses claim that Rocco was holding a "suspicious looking cigarette to his lips" while also gulping down a bottle of cider. Madonna has been worried about her son's welfare in London, as he missed several weeks of school since leaving the watchful eye of his mother.

Fortunately for the chart topper, it looks like Madonna and Rocco have managed to patch things up between them as they were spotted going to a local movie theater together. What's more, Madonna and Guy are hoping to work out a custody deal before she flies back home to New York City.

So far Madonna herself has not made any comments about her son's new paparazzi photos. She and Guy also share custody of their son David, who they adopted back in 2006. The couple announced their separation two years later.
