A spokesperson for Radiohead's publisher has released a statement denying Lana Del Rey's claim. The singer alleged that the band sued her over alleged similarities between her Lust for Life song, 'Get Free,' and the band's hit, 'Creep.'

English rock band Radiohead sued singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey. The band accused the “Summertime Sadness” singer-songwriter of plagiarizing the band’s hit song “Creep” and claimed she used it in her song “Get Free.”
