It looks like fans are getting a heavy dose of all things Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani whether they like it or not - mostly because the celebrity couples has been dominating headlines ever since they stepped out as a couple together several months ago.

Well now, Shelton reveals that he is in a certain place in his life now that he doesn't mind being more candid about his personal life and that's why he's laying it all on the table for his fans.

According to People Magazine on Monday, Shelton even says that since everyone else is "cashing in" on his life, he might as well, too. So does that mean he's feeling used these days? Perhaps.

"I just want to tell the truth about what happened," Shelton explained, adding that Stefani's recent record This Is What The Truth Feels Like also provided inspiration. "I had a similar [thought], 'What if I tell the truth?' So I was like, I can't use the word truth now so..."

Adding that he's not one to share "juicy" details about his break up or marriage to ex-wife Miranda Lambert, he said, "I figure since everybody else is cashing in on my life, I might as well get some of that too."

And so far it looks like that tactic is working as the couple's duet, "Go Ahead And Break My Heart" is climbing the charts.

Shelton pulled the plug on his marriage to Lambert last summer, during the same time when Stefani announced her separation to ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.
