Up next on the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality show will be the courthouse for her divorce proceedings, as Kim Kardashian will reportedly be calling her mother along with a show producer to the witness stand for trial in May.

According to Hello Magazine, court records indicate that Kim K's legal team is looking to have Kris Jenner and Farnaz Farjam testify on her short-lived marriage to Brooklyn Nets star Kris Humphries.

Humphries is looking for an annulment on the former couple's 72-day marriage, making claims that it was a fraud.

According to papers that were filed by Kardashian's lawyer Laura Wasser, Kim will testify that she "did not defraud (Humphries) into marrying her."

Jenner is expected to reveal, "communications with the parties regarding their relationship" in order to back up her daughter's claims. Farnaz has been called to the stand to indicate that there was "no conspiracy to defraud" the Nets player.

Kim will also be showing "reasons why the parties' marriage should be dissolved and not annulled," which had been requested by Humphries.

Sisters Khloe and Kourtney along with the father of her future child Kanye West aren't listed to appear as witnesses at this time.

Humphries' witness list has yet to be filed.
