After staying relatively quiet following his soon-to-be ex-wife Amber Heard's physical abuse allegations against him, Johnny Depp is finally ready to speak up and tell his side of the story.

There's a new report that says the Hollywood actor is preparing to do a tell-all interview after Heard claimed that the former heartthrob was allegedly abusive towards her during their 15-month marriage.

According to Britain's Daily Star this weekend, Depp was left shocked after Heard pulled the plug on their marriage by filing for divorce only three days after the actor's mother Betty Sue Palmer passed away. To make things worse, the couple didn't have a prenup, which means Heard might end up walking away with half of the actor's fortune.

Heard said in her divorce filing, "I endured excessive emotional, verbal and physical abuse from Johnny, which has included angry, hostile, humiliating and threatening assault to me whenever I questioned his authority or disagreed with him. As Johnny's paranoia, delusions and aggression increased throughout our relationship, so has my awareness of his continued substance abuse. Because of this, I am extremely afraid of Johnny and, for my safety, I am petrified he will return at any moment."

One source close to the situation told the publication, "He is shell-shocked over the events of the last week and is determined to tell his side of the story. His whole life has been turned upside down."

Previously, Depp was in a 14-year relationship with actress Vanessa Paradis. Even the ex-couple share two children, teenagers Lily-Rose and Jack, they never tied the knot together.
