Amber Heard filed for divorce only a few short days ago, and it looks like things between her and her soon-to-be ex-husband Johnny Depp have gotten messy fast. And it looks like things are about to get even worse as there are new reports that says Depp might have allegedly assaulted the actress and that one of the reasons why their marriage didn't work is because she wanted to have a child together.

According to Star Magazine on Friday, Heard, 30, was desperate to get pregnant during their short-lived 15-month marriage but unfortunately Depp wasn't on board with his baby plans. In fact, he supposedly told her that he was done having children and that he didn't want to be an "old dad." The actor has two children, Lily-Rose and Jack, with his ex-partner, Vanessa Paradis.

One source close to the couple dished, "Johnny and Amber were at odds with each other because she wanted a baby, but he didn't want to be an old dad."

But that didn't mean he didn't want a child at all--his plans were just a little different than Heard's.

The insider added, "Johnny was slightly open to the idea of adopting a kid that's 8 or 9, but Amber wants a child that's hers."

Heard filed for divorce this week and only three days after the death of Depp's mother, Betty Sue Palmer. She also alleges that the actor threw an iPhone at her and that she has several video recordings of their physical fights.

So far neither Depp nor Heard have made any public comments on the allegations.
