Chelsea Houska often gushes over her fiance on social media, and her affections aren't one-sided.

Although Cole DeBoer isn't quite as active on social media as the Teen Mom 2 star, he recently shared a special message and photo on his Instagram account.

"I can't put into words how amazing and perfect my wonderful wife to be is," DeBoer wrote on Instagram weeks ago, along with the photo below.

Houska and DeBoer became engaged in November of last year and are expected to tie the knot at the end of this year.

"Cole is such a great guy, all the time," Houska told PEOPLE Magazine in March. "He's so calm, even when I'm worried about something... He's just so great to me and to Aubree, so to be able to know that I can have that person forever is the best feeling. That's what I've always wanted – a family – and I feel finally like that's exactly what I have."

As for planning, Houska said she is doing her best to keep her busy fiance in the loop.

"It's going great so far," Houska says. "We both want a small wedding. [Cole] works a lot so I'm kind of the one that is going [to all the appointments,] but I don't make any decisions without running it by him first. We have the same taste and the same ideas, so far it's been really easy."

After the wedding, Houska is hoping to expand her family.

"We're just going to get through this wedding, and then hopefully have some babies!" she said. "I feel like I want three more, but everyone always looks at me crazy when I saw that, so maybe I'll have one more and then we'll decide exactly how many! I think I would want a boy somewhere in the mix."
