Could Cameran Diaz be expecting her first child with husband Benji Madden?

New photos of the 43-year-old actress appear to hint that the possibility is more real than ever.

"[Cameron Diaz] and her 37-year-old husband stepped out together on July 12 and Diaz looked a little bit plumper than she used to," the Parent Herald reported on Tuesday. "She was sporting a casual look as she had no make-up on, had her hair in a ponytail, wore a pair of jeans, and a white blazer plus a white top."

Diaz and Madden tied the knot last January just 17 days after getting engaged.

According to reports, the couple's relationship was the result of some very good matchmaking skills, courtesy of Nicole Richie, who is married to Madden's twin brother, Joel.

While Diaz has stayed mum on her exact plans to start a family, a source recently spoke to PEOPLE Magazine, revealing Diaz was "increasingly happy" with Madden and hoping to become a mother "soon."

"She had a good run as a tough talking single sister, but like others of her age, she has mellowed and wants more out of life," the source explained. "She is getting it and loving it. She and Benji like and love each other. Their minds are in sync, they are on the same page."

"Benji came into her life at a time when she needed stability and she got it," said a second source. "He is different from her past boyfriends. She saw a family situation with him and she needed that. And he is fine with whatever she wants to do in her career."

As for her family plans, added the source, "She has settled in, settled down and wants to have a family. She is doing everything she can to enjoy this time in her life... She is feeling fulfilled and wants to be a mom."
