Tara Reid Outburst of AllSaints Discount

Tara Reid may not be as famous as she thinks. The American Pie star became irate last week when denied a discount on clothing at the Brit import AllSaints.

According to the Los Angeles Times,  the actress was escorted out of the shop following an outburst reportedly caused after being denied a discount. Bystanders claim that Reid demanded a price cut based on her fame.

"She was screaming," a source informed the New York Post. "She had to be escorted out by security. She seemed drunk."

However, the actress's representative tells a different story.

"Tara gets a huge discount with AllSaints in the UK and Paris because she's a walking billboard for them," Reid's rep told the New York Post. "She gets photographed ... so they give her huge hookups. We told them we get a discount, and they said they'd email the press team."

Reid, who was said to be buying an outfit for Coachella, was not a fan of the news. Clearly the cashiers should have been better informed about who she was.

According to Us Weekly, AllSaints could not be reached for comment on the incident.

Reid, who was not drunk at the time according to her representative, is set to appear in the upcoming movie Sharknado.
