While Ciara is suing Future for $15 million with claims that his rant against her cost her tons of money, we now know that she could really have a case against him.

Apparently Ciara has said that she believes just one of her endorsements, an international cosmetics company that backed out after Future claimed she was keeping their child from him on Twitter earlier this year cost her $500,000, TMZ reported recently.

Future went off on Ciara via Twitter in posts that have since been deleted due to the lawsuit.

He tweeted, “This b**** got control problems… I gotta go through lawyers to see baby future… the f***ery for 15k a month.”

Ciara has claimed that what Future said about her nearly ruined her “positive reputation” as Future said she is “controlling, dishonest, malicious, unreasonable, evil, conniving…”

She said this portrayal of her allegedly being a bad parent caused the cosmetics brand to pull their support from her.

It’s not clear what other businesses she believes stopped business with her, but according to the lawsuit she believes she is owed $15 million.
Future recently spoke out about the lawsuit and while they have had their issues, it hinted that he could not have predicted Ciara taking legal action against him.

“I can’t deal with it,” he said as he covered Rolling Stone’s July 2016 issue. “I can’t even think about it. I never imagined my life would be like that: ‘I’m going to sue you and take away from you. I know how to do deal with something like that.”

He said one way he copes is getting in the studio and recording new music.

Meanwhile, Ciara has tied the knot with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson.
