With the current release date of the movie being more than a year from now, February 2018, people are constantly talking about and mentioning the upcoming movie. But the reason behind all this talk is due to the fact that the movie is coming back with much mroe detail than seen before. The movie's production began last year according to sources and writers describe it to have an outstanding ending.

It has been reportedly said by Cinema Blend that the ending of the movie will feature an epic fight which will bring a conclusion to the movie. As of now there have not been many details disclosed about the plot of the movie or any of its stories, but fans theorize it will set off a few years after the ending of the original Pacific Rim.

This means that the movie will focus more completely on the Kaiju, the large monsters in the movie, and will supposedly bring them back. In the first movie they were banished due to their inter-dimensional portal being sealed off for good but fans say that they might have found another way back to earth and are coming for their revenge.

This would mean that perhaps the movie starts off with them and unlike the previous movie, gives them much more screentime than previously obtained. However, further details need to be disclosed regarding the movie to truly confirm how close the fans are to the actual plot twist. It is also completely uncertain who the cast for the movie will be. Although there are many rumors on IMDB going around, nothing can be said for certain.

What can be definitively said is that this upcoming movie will pack in much more action than the previous. This is something which was highly demanded ever since the release of the original Pacific Rim.
