Angela Simmons is expected to marry fiance Sutton Tennyson in the coming months and recently, after giving birth to her first child, the reality star returned to the gym.

In a new Instagram post, Simmons is seen stretching in front of a mirror while wearing a workout outfit, bright tennis shoes and a pair of red headphones.

"Focused !! Light Stretches and light cardio," Simmons wrote to fans on Monday afternoon, along with the picture seen below.

Simmons surprised fans with her pregnancy and engagement earlier this year and in September, she and Tennyson welcomed their first child together, a baby boy. Now, although a wedding date has not yet been revealed, Simmons is expected to start preparing to walk down the aisle.

At the time of her engagement and baby news, Simmons took to Instagram where she expressed her excitement.

"YES!! I couldn't be more excited. This is only something I could of only dreamed of," Simmons wrote to her fans and followers. "I'm over the moon and feeling so blessed to be able to share my life with the one I truly love. Everything happened in the most perfect way."

After the baby's birth, Simmons once again took to Instagram, where she told fans that her little boy was her biggest blessing and showed off her stunning diamond engagement ring.
