Ciara is far too rich to pursue the libel case against ex-husband Future after the latter badmouthed her in social media.

This may be a bit exaggerated but is true. As said, the singer's lawyer, Larry Stein dropped the case as the only way to let his client win is to prove that she is not earning well. This, however, is not the case with Ciara recently as she had a career boost being chosen as ambassador for Revlon, a career upgrade that brings more dosh to her bank account.

Trouble started in January this year when the Low Life hitmaker hit at his ex-wife posting a rant on Twitter questioning about her parenting style and calling her a "bitch" with "control problems."

"This b-tch got control problems... I gotta go through lawyers to see baby future... the f-kery for 15k a month," he posted that time.

Despite the move to dismiss the case, the singer is still suing her ex for "false light" for projecting a negative image about her. This kind of case can still be pushed through even without considering her income.

Aside from the Twitter rant, the 32-year old rapper also did some badmouthing against his ex in a previous radio interview as he expressed his anger after seeing his son, Zahir included in the photos of Ciara and her new husband, quarterback Russel Wilson.

"She probably set [Russell] up. You letting them catch that photo. Leave my son out of all the publicity stunts," Future said.

Meanwhile, the singer has been surrounded by pregnancy rumors in the past few weeks as fans questioned her choice of lose wardrobe allegedly to cancel a baby bump.

In last week's photos, the singer is seen arriving LaGuardia airport in New York wearing a loose camouflage blouse matched with micromini black skirt and a pair of boots.

Fans have been in a lookout for a possible baby bump as the songstress vowed  to refrain from having sex with her fiancé back then not until they officially tied the knot in July.
