Several members of Rob Kardashian's family have been seen spending time with him and his family, including his baby girl Dream Kardashian, in recent weeks, but unfortunately, the reality star's former step-father, Caitlyn Jenner, may not have met the child quite yet.

According to a new report, Kardashian has reportedly banned Jenner, formerly known as Bruce, from meeting his first child.

"Rob has put a ban on Caitlyn, refusing her access to baby Dream. And while the infant was born nearly a month ago, Cait has still yet to even meet the little cutie!" Hollywood Life told readers on Wednesday.

“Cait is heartbroken over this,” an insider told OK! Magazine. “She helped raise Rob from the time he was four, and she was so excited about seeing him with baby Dream. She’s taking it very personally.”

Although the magazine's insider claimed Kardashian's alleged ban wasn't personal, suggesting he simply can't deal with the madness that follows her, the source also said that Kardashian “doesn’t consider Caitlyn family anymore.”

And he may not be the only one who hasn't kept in touch.

“No one in the family is responding to her messages,” the insider continued. “She hoped the baby would change that, but she still feels like an outsider.”
