Selena Gomez is back with a bang. After her inspirational speech and new contract with Coach, she spent an awesome Saturday night with her childhood co-star from Wizards of Waverly Place, David Henrie.

The duo had a great reunion time which happened to match the five-year anniversary of the finale episode of their show.

Selena Gomez enjoyed it to the hilt and posted an update on her Instagram account with a photograph of the duo, reports E! News. She captioned it with the statement that she was having a nice night with this guy. Gomez and Henrie worked together in the hit Disney show Wizards of Waverly Place in 2007 when it aired its first season.

Now it is 2017 and when the two met each other, it was impossible not to take a stroll down the memory lane. They did and Henrie reminded her that it was he who made her first Twitter account. He told her what Twitter was and joked that at that time she could not even say twitter.

As for Gomez, the songstress voiced her thoughts of getting the small screen gang back together for a reunion. She also ruminated over her character Alex and where she would be today, saying that she would be single, for sure. However, when Henrie joked that Alex is still trying to find herself despite being like 25, Gomez stood up for her character and said she is killing the game.

In related news, Gomez took to Instagram's live video feature and shared with her fans what she learned in 2016, reports MTV. The 24-year-old singer said that the biggest lesson she has been learning since 2016 would be awareness. For her, it is really important to be aware of the people she is surrounding herself with and spending time with.

She then went on to explain the importance of friendships that are deeper than the surface level. Narrating an example, she said that there are times when one goes for a dinner and then comes back to think that it was such a pointless dinner. At other times, even a five hours discussion all the things with friends seem to be less.

Well, Selena Gomez definitely seems to be killing it with her reunion as well as her inspirational message.
