Activision has just released the latest update, update 1.20, for their popular first person shooter video game, "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3." The update itself doesn't seem to add a lot of new content or features to the game, but it still has a myriad of fixes and enhancements that should still be welcomed by the game's avid players.

The latest "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" update brings with it some minor cosmetic changes such as adding a new CWL Logo for 2017. Scroll bar effects have also slightly been updated and now informs users about their Black Market items even after they scroll up. The latest update's patch notes, via PlayStation Lifestyle, have also revealed that several fixes are included to address some issues that players have been reporting. This includes fixes for the DG-4 function glitches that occurs after a player jumps through a portal. There is also now a fix for "Anywhere But Here" BGB problem.

Despite the relatively small amount of changes, players are of course still required to download and install the new 1.8GB update if they want to continue playing online. The biggest bonus however is for PlayStation 4 Pro gamers, who will apparently be getting some big improvements in the graphics department via the new update. According to a report from Just Push Start, the PlayStation 4 Pro version of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" will be getting a boost to its dynamic 4K performance, which should take effect automatically once the update is installed.

Treyarch previously announced that they would continue to support "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" throughout 2017 with new updates and features. The developer has so far kept to its promise as evident with the latest update for the game.

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" was hailed as one of the best-selling digital console games of 2016. By the looks of it, it seems like the game will still continue with the same trend as it attracts more and more players on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
