Justin Bieber was reportedly speeding in his Ferrari Sunday night in his gated community and came under police investigation when the L.A. Sheriff received two separate complaint calls.

At least one child was playing in the area when the 19-year-old was seen speeding, according to the Daily Mail. One of the individuals who filed the complaints was former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, who has four children - Keyshawn Jr, Maia, London, and Vance.

Country Sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore said that the Beauty and a Beat singer was driving at a “startling high rate of speed,” and according to the report, Bieber had refused to discuss the issue. Whitmore told TMZ that the case will be presented to the L.A. County District Attorney.

"This complaint of reckless driving is something everybody takes seriously," he said. "This is unacceptable behavior anywhere by anybody."

Bieber got into an argument with a neighbor back in March after being accused of driving recklessly. The disputed resulted in Bieber reportedly spitting in his neighbor’s face. The singer was confronted for his behavior and according to the neighbor, Bieber threatened to kill him. The neighbor filed a battery report against the singer following the incident.

Bieber denied the allegations, saying he didn't spit or threaten to kill his neighbor.
