"Pokemon Go" is offering its players new egg hatching features in the latest update. Also, the Valentine's event allows the players to indulge in pink Pokemon as well as a double candy.

As "Pokemon Go" approaches its first anniversary, the code base of the game becomes more complete, Slash Gear reported. According to the site, the coming times will see some more interesting updates from Niantic and Chikorita is that one Pokemon that can become a full-fledged Pokemon in "Pokemon Go" at present. It is the one that is about to be released sooner than any other Pokemon in the game

The other two in Chikorita's family i.e. Bayleef and Meganium are also said to be in the Niantic list and will feature in the next "Pokemon Go" update. In fact, Chikorita is said to be releasing in March, sometime between Valentine's Day and Easter. What is more, Niantic has made a small change in the size of Buddy Pokemon. Instead of three, now there is a fourth and when Baby Pokemon is added as a Buddy Pokemon it is held in the arms of the user.

In related news, "Pokemon Go" Valentine's event has gone live with myriad pink Pokemon and double candy, Express Online claimed. So, from Feb 8 to 15, till 7 pm, "Pokemon Go" players will get to play with double the amount of Candy every time they hatch, catch and transfer Pokemon. Not only this, the lure modules will also last longer i.e. six hours. As for pink Pokemon, they will appear more frequently in the wild.

According to the official statement of Niantic, the pink Pokemon include Chansey, Clefable, Porygon and the ones like Cleffa, Smoochum and Igglybuff will have higher chances of coming out from eggs. So, it is definitely an amazing treat for "Pokemon Go" fans in the love week. The only upsetting thing has been the ban imposed by Milwaukee County Board.

To use the parks of the Milwaukee County, "Pokemon Go" has to take permission from the board and thus, those living around might face some difficulties making the most of the Valentine event. Still, it makes for a great gift and fans are sure to rejoice it.
