"Pokemon Go" players has somehow managed to figure out how to obtain Vaporeon, Flareon, and Jolteon, back in 2016. Now, they have recently exposed a trick that can turn their Eevees into Umbreons or Espeons.

What was surprising was when "Pokemon Go" players have revealed that catching them into the Pokedex was not hard at all. It seems that there was no need to stake out at a certain area. Every "Pokemon Go" players would have to do is to ensure that there are 25 candies, which are required for evolving Eevee then edit its name. To get Espeon, change the name to Sakura. To get Eevee into Umbreon, just change the name to Tamao.

After it is edited, the "Pokemon Go" app must be restarted. This step will ensure that the changes will be saved in the game's servers. A huge number of players have taken to Reddit to confirm that this "Pokemon Go" Eevee-centric trick worked for them, Gamerant reported.

The latest "Pokemon Go" update has brought a variety of new pocket monsters that has originated from the franchise's "Gold" and "Silver" series of the game. Two of these creatures are evolved versions of Eevee. Espeon, a Psychic Pokemon, Umbreon, and a Dark Pokemon, are reportedly two of the most popular creatures that can be found within the core games. However, their arrival was not really much of a surprise.

The method shoots from the Pokemon anime, making it an Easter egg for fans of the entire Pokélemon media. Naming an Eevee after the owners of an Espeon and Umbreon in the anime will, however, result in the corresponding evolution, according to reports from big 'Pokemon Go' communities, The Silph Road and other Reddit sites.

A trainer named Sakura owned an Espeon in a single episode of Pokemon, while someone named Tamao had an Umbreon. A combination of these nicknames and spending the requisite Eevee candy has made players their newest Eeveelution of choice, according to Polygon.

There is a total of 78 other new Pokemon to go collect following new "Pokemon Go" update, so fans are encouraged to get back out there. There's also a promo going on currently which helps them in expanding their storage boxes so that they can accommodate all the new catches.
