Lindsay Lohan is in the spotlight again -- or the headlights this time -- after a minor fender bender outside a Los Angeles nightclub early this morning.

In an attempt to flee paparazzi, Lohan, behind the wheel of her $80,000 Porsche, accidentally grazed both the manager of the nearby Hookah Lounge and his car, according to TMZ.

The club manager, who maintained he had no idea who Lohan is, initially told police he wasn't injured and didn't require medical attention, but then later went to the emergency room. However, a witness told TMZ the man appeared fine and even started smoking his hookah.

The manager also reportedly said at the time that his car wasn't damaged. Since there were no reported injuries or damage, police didn't file a report.

It's unclear who called police, but TMZ speculates Lohan may have summoned officers after paparazzi swarmed her car

After an investigation, the LAPD found no evidence of any criminal wrongdoing and considered the case closed, but could reopen it if the manager claims he's been injured. TMZ says the manager now plans to press charges and hire an attorney.

The Mean Girls starlet, who received a glowing review from the judge for her mandated community service, is currently on probation for driving under the influence and shoplifting.

Lohan has been attempting a comeback, preparing for a role in an Elizabeth Taylor biopic for Lifetime and recently hosting Saturday Night Live. So much for a fresh start.
