Amber Portwood New Man: Who Is 'Teen Mom OG' Dating After Matt Baier? [VIDEO]

Amber Portwood is dating a producer named Andrew Glennon after splitting from Matt Baier earlier this year.

Last week, Portwood was caught canoodling with her new man at a marina in Indianapolis, Indiana, and earlier today, after the Teen Mom OG star shared an image of Glennon on her Instagram page, new details about her "upgrade" have been revealed by Radar Online, who confirmed the man's name, and by The Ashley's Reality Roundup.

"She met him a few months ago while she was in Los Angeles filming the upcoming season of Marriage Boot Camp Reality Stars: Family Edition with her ex-fiance, Matt Baier and her mother, Tonya," The Ashley reported on August 15.

"Andrew lives in the Los Angeles area, works in TV production and is very different from Amber’s ex, Matt. For starters, he’s much closer in age to Amber than Matt was," the outlet continued.

The Ashley also revealed that Glennon has been working in the television industry for several years and is well liked by his peers. In additon, the site continued, Glennon may have been unaware of the leaked video of himself and Portwood, which was reportedly set up and sold to Radar Online.

“[I wish] her new relationship well,” Baier told Radar Online. “It’s over forever so there is going to be a degree of sadness. But Amber and I are very close still, we have always been the best of friends. So she knows I am always here if she needs me and has my support.”

“There’s nothing wrong with dating over 3 months after breaking up with someone,” she tweeted last week. “Crazy how people judge and are so quick to talk s**t? #FYou.”
