Cindy Crawford has revealed that she has been living with blepharoptosis, a condition that causes droopy eyelids, for the past 10 years.

The 60-year-old supermodel shared the personal update in a recent interview while discussing her beauty routine and new partnership with an eye treatment brand. Her comments give a rare look at how aging has changed her work in front of the camera.

According to PageSix, Crawford said she first noticed changes in her eyes after turning 50, when early morning photo shoots became more difficult.

"I remember probably 10 years ago after I turned 50 when I would be doing early morning calls, they would be like, 'Are you fine to start at 6:00?'" she explained.

She would respond honestly, saying she could work at any time, but her face did not look fully awake until later in the morning. She added that she could see her "eyes just weren't quite as perky as they once were."

The fashion icon said the condition even affected how makeup artists worked on her during shoots. At times, they had to adjust her eyelids just to apply eye makeup properly. She also recalled feeling frustrated on camera when her eyes did not look the way they used to, which made certain close-up shots more challenging.

Blepharoptosis is a condition where the upper eyelid droops, sometimes blocking vision. It can happen due to aging or muscle weakness around the eye.

Crawford said she later learned about a treatment called Upneeq eye drops from her dermatologist, which she started using about two years ago. She said the drops helped improve how her eyes look and feel, especially during her daily routine.

"It's [one of] those little things we can do to feel like the best version of ourselves," Crawford said. She added that when people feel more confident, it changes how they carry themselves in everyday life, DailyMail reported.

Crawford explained that she now uses the eye drops each morning, usually around 9:30 a.m., after starting her day with exercise and skincare. The treatment, she said, works quickly and helps her eyes look more open for several hours.
