Tyrese Gibson's Ex Wife Claims He Hurt Their Daughter

Actor and singer Tyrese Gibson's ex-wife Norma Gibson has claimed that the actor spanked their daughter Shayla so hard that she could not sit down. However, the "Fast and Furious" actor denied the claims. An ugly war between the two has begun and Tyrese is under investigation by LA's Department of Children and Family Services.Norma is trying to get a restraining order against him prohibiting any form of contact with the kid, reported The Hollywood Life.

She wants a full legal custody of her daughter and is afraid that the 38-year-old actor might run away with their 10-year-old daughter to Dubai. According to her, the actor has got loads of business and personal contacts there.

On August 19 Norma went to court and alleged that her ex-husband had physically abused their daughter and pinned their daughter to the ground hurting her badly. The kid was staying with her dad back then and Tyrese's lawyer Terry Levich Ross had said that Norma has just been bitter over the fact that her ex-remarried and that she has been lying. "The actor is devastated and would never do such a thing.He is a good man and will prove it", added the lawyer.

The actor shared the matter on Instagram posting a picture of his daughter and directly addressing Norma and said that all he wants to do is co-parent and has only prayed that her heart heals. He also mentioned that he was sorry that he remarried and things did not work between them. He concluded saying that child custody family matters are the worst.

The two have been battling for years for the custody of their child and things are getting uglier by the day.The duo already went through a very bad divorce and thereafter have been fighting for the custody of their 7-year-old daughter.

Earlier Tyrese Gibson had revealed that he got married to Samantha Lee in an intimate ceremony on Valentine's Day. Lee is from New Jersey and received a Master's degree in social work from the University of Georgia and works towards fighting sex and human trafficking.
