'Star Wars: Episode VII' Casting Rumors: Leak, Focus on Female Teen? or Han and Leia's twins, Jaina and Jacen?
Following hard on the heels of last week's alleged plot summary leak, Star Wars fans now have seven potential character descriptions to add to their arsenal of Episode VII rumors.
Director JJ Abrams confirmed that production for the seventh installment of the George Lucas franchise is slated to begin at the start of 2014 in London. The seven new character descriptions are apparently culled from casting information for the open casting that has begun in the U.K., according to Bleeding Cool.
Based on that information, Bleeding Cool put together the following character thumbnails-
1) Late-teen female, independent, good sense of humor, fit.
2) Young twenty-something male, witty and smart, fit but not traditionally good looking.
3) A late twenty-something male, fit, handsome and confident.
4) Seventy-something male, with strong opinions and tough demeanor. Also doesn't' t need to be particularly fit.
5) A second young female, also late teens, tough, smart and fit.
6) Forty-something male, fit, military type.
7) Thirty-something male, intellectual. Apparently doesn't need to be fit.
While not many conclusions can be drawn from the given information, the descriptions do tend to lend themselves to the possibility of a teenage female lead. This prediction could line up with SchmoesKnow's possible leaked plot summary that claims the film will focus on Han and Leia's twins, Jaina and Jacen.
