Meghan Markle is becoming the most talked-about royal of all time. A study revealed that the soon-to-be princess is the most relatable royal.

Woman Of The People

Markle, who is due to marry Prince Harry in May, is considered to be even more relatable than Kate Middleton partly due to her feminist leanings. The public also voted Markle and her husband-to-be as the most in tune with the people.

Markle has been the subject of a huge amount of public attention, for being an American and a woman of color. She's gone against royal traditions by speaking her mind and hugging a charity worker, among other things.

The recent data, commissioned by UK website VoucherCodesPro.co.uk from over 2,000 Britons aged 18 and up, found that Markle was the most relatable female royal. Prince Harry nabbed the top place in the poll. Kate Middleton, on the other hand, ranked fifth, with only 13 percent of the votes.

Of those who voted for Markle, the reason 11 percent gave as to why relied on her vocal and proud feminism. The majority of respondents chose Markle due to her being a regular person prior to the engagement, while others felt the incumbent princess seemed very normal.

Middleton, on the other hand, did not fare well in the public's estimation.

"She's been molded into someone else since marrying into the family," respondents claimed in relation to Middleton being less relatable.

"She never seems to do or say anything," claimed others.

George Charles, the spokesperson for VoucherCodesPro.co.uk, suggested that the fascination with the royal family is a guilty pleasure for most people.

"I bet most people confess that they'll find themselves glued to the TV when there's a Royal Wedding or something similar. Love or hate them, we're all a little bit obsessed with them, even if it's a guilty pleasure of ours," he said.

Fairest Of Them All

On another note, a scientific study reportedly found that Markle is more beautiful than Middleton. A mathematical method once used by the ancient Greeks found the Suits actress has a more perfect and symmetrical face than Middleton's, or indeed any other British royal of her generation.

According to the Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi, Markle's face is 87.4 percent accurate. The study measured her eyes, nose, lips, chin, jaw, eyebrows, and overall facial shape. They were found to be the closest to the Greeks' idea of physical perfection.

Harley Street surgeon Dr. Julian De Silva used facial mapping techniques to gauge the beauty of female royals.

"Meghan and Kate both really stood out and got significantly higher marks... Meghan has beautiful facial symmetry and gets closer than any other princess to having what the Greeks considered the perfect face," he explained.

Markle is set to tie the knot with her beau on May 19 in St. George's Chapel at Windsor Chapel. The venue holds just 800 people, in comparison to Westminster Abbey, where Prince William married Kate Middleton back in 2011, which has a capacity of 2,000 people.
