Sanaa Lathan Really Is Beyoncé's Biter, Sources Say
Tiffany Haddish set the world abuzz when she revealed to GQ that someone bit Beyoncé's face, but she stopped short of actually naming the biter.
Now, the mystery may be close to getting solved.
With the news of their idol potentially getting hurt, the BeyHive and the press alike instantly begin hunting down the mystery culprit. With the few clues in mind — female, a celebrity, and someone who attended Jay-Z's concert after-party in December — people tried to narrow down the list of suspects.
Back To Sanaa Lathan
Sanaa Lathan has been considered a possibility from the beginning with a few sources spilling the beans on her involvement.
During the party, the Love & Basketball actress was reportedly talking to Jay-Z in a way that Beyoncé didn't like. When the singer confronted her, Lathan bit Queen Bee in a playful manner.
Lathan went on social media to deny the allegations, emphatically saying that it was not her.
"Y'all are funny," she wrote on Twitter. "Under no circumstances did I bite Beyoncé and if I did it would've been a love bite."
Multiple sources insist that the culprit is Lathan, though, including an insider who was at the glamorous get-together.
"It was a big thing in the moment at the party, everyone was talking about how anyone would dare to do that," the source tells Page Six.
Another clue that Haddish divulged in a comedy show in Florida last January is that the mystery biter is an actress who supposed to have dated French Montana in the summer of 2017, according to another source in Vulture.
This new tidbit points to Lathan even more as even the actress has admitted to "hanging out" with Montana in an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
Beyoncé Just Wants To Have Fun
While everyone is scrambling to figure out the identity of Queen Bey's biter, the "victim" remains cool about the incident and simply doesn't want to cause trouble for the celebrity who did bite her.
When Haddish offered to confront Beyoncé's attacker, the "Lemonade" singer brushes it off and tells the Girls Trip star to just "have fun."
"She was like, 'Tiffany, no. Don't do that. That bitch is on drugs. She not even drunk. The bitch is on drugs. She not like that all the time. Just chill,'" Haddish recalls her pal telling her during the party.
Don't expect the actress to reveal who the mystery woman is since she reportedly signed a non-disclosure agreement to keep the culprit's name under wraps.
Other celebrities who claim to know the identity of the Beyoncé's biter are Chrissy Teigen and Tyler Perry.
