Today is the last day of my marriage to this beautiful man. I will forever love Hank and be open but for now we have chosen to go our own ways.... We are both amazing parents and our kids will be happy n never know the difference other than seeing mama smile.... U will prob see us together a lot but it's because there's no hate. Love wins in this case it's just looks a little funny. Thank you Hank for a beautiful 8 years of marriage and 2 beautiful kids. Kendra And Hank's Martial Woes
The former couple's marriage has been on the rocks since 2014 when Baskett was caught cheating on Wilkinson with a transgender prostitute. The incident happened while Wilkinson was pregnant with the couple's second child.
Following this, the couple were seen trying to repair their problems on the reality show, Marriage Boot Camp. Wilkinson had stated that the scandal "made the couple" stronger. However, sources close to couple stated that their marriage was "forever impacted" by the scandal and that Wilkinson never truly moved on from it.
Rumors of the couple's separation began to make headlines when Wilkinson posted an Instagram photo of herself without her wedding ring. The reality star then shared an Instagram video of herself in tears stating her "fears" and that she did "everything she could" to make their marriage work.
The estranged couple married in 2009 at the Playboy Mansion. The former were engaged in November 2008. Wilkinson and Baskett have two children together, Hank IV and Alijah.
