There is a new couple alert in Tinseltown: according to a source, Man Of Steel lead actor Henry Cavill is dating CBS' Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco.

Cavill, 30, reportedly began seeing the blonde beauty not long after he ended his 10-month courtship with actress Gina Carano, according to an insider.

Cuoco, 27, began seeing the British actor on the heels of her split with musician Bret Bollinger.

"They are totally hot for each other," a friend of Cavill told Us Weekly.

Neither Cuoco or Cavill have gone public about their new friendship, but the CBS star tweeed a photo of herself looking at the Man of Steel poster and urged her followers on Twitter to check out the Superman reboot.

"It's fantastic in every way," Cuoco wrote on Twitter on June 15.

The source told Us Weekly that Cavill is a huge fan of Cuoco's hit show and added that Cavill "always wanted to date her."

"He's excitied to be dating her!" added the insider.

Cuoco previously dated her Big Bang Theory co-star Johnny Galecki and was engaged to Josh "Lzie" Resnik, an addiction specialist, according to the report.

Cuoco's Big Bang Theory recently aired the season finale of the sixth season at the end of May.

Cavill's Man Of Steel, which arrived in theaters on June 14, earned $20 million this past weekend, bringing the total U.S. sales to almost $250 million. The film has grossed more than $500 million worldwide, according to Superherohype.com.
