Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's two-week-old baby, North West, already has a personality, according to Pussycat Dolls Founder, Robin Antin.

Antin, who is close friends with Kardashian, told Ryan Seacrest that she had the opportunity to meet the new baby, who was born on June 15.

"I met baby North right after she was born and I went to the hospital and Kim was just so beautiful and glowing and she truly is the best mum. She's having so much fun," Antin told the E! host. "[North is] just beautiful and seeing Kim and Kanye together, you can just feel the love and the connection that is just absolutely beautiful."

While most of Kardashian's family have remained silent about North West, Antin said the little girl is so "pretty."

"There's something about her little face, you can tell she's so pretty and she was laughing and giggling," Antin said. "Like she had this little smile. I'm telling you she was literally just born and had this little smile on her face and I kept going, 'Kim! Kim! Get the camera! Oh my god, she's smiling!'

Earlier reports claimed that Kardashian and Kanye turned down a $3 million deal with an Australian magazine for the first photos of North.

The publication indicated that the Yeezus rapper may try to avoid putting his daughter in the limelight for some time.

"He was serious when he said North isn't America's baby," a source told the magazine.

Kanye was spotted at a BET Awards afterparty on Sunday night and Kardashian reportedly encouraged him to go have fun.

"Kim told him it was good to get out!" a source said. "He couldn't wait to get back. North is all they talk about."

Enstars reported earlier today that Kanye is said to be working on a new song dedicated to North.

"Kanye loves being a dad, so a song about North West will be hitting iTunes before we know it," the source said, adding that the tune will be a "sweet dedication" to his little girl.
