...But no one's taking a chance!

In an interview with ET while promoting her new flick "Long Shot" at CinemaCon, Charlize Theron has made it very clear that she's totally up for another shot at a serious relationship.

"I've been single for 10 years, it's not a long shot. Somebody just needs to grow up and step up. I'm shockingly available."

Co-star Seth Rogen jests in, "She's out there!" to which Theron adds, "I've made it very clear."

Rogen, meanwhile, is having a lot of fun spending time with Theron for the movie's promos.

"I was highly aware I was going to be standing next to Charlize for a lot of pictures. I always have that image in my head of us like Beyonce next to Ed Sheeran in a T-shirt and I was like, 'I don't want that."

To all the boys Charlize loved before

What's more shocking is that by saying she was single for 10 years, she didn't even consider her brief but whirlwind affair with Sean Penn. Their high-profile relationship started in December 2013, got engaged the following year, but fizzled out the next.

One of her last long-term relationships was with Irish actor Stuart Townsend, her co-star in the 2002 film Trapped. They lived together for several years before breaking up in 2010 - probably the relationship she was referring to.

Going further back, she also dated Third Eye Blind lead singer Stephan Jenkins. Their eventual split influenced much of the mood of the band's third album, "Out of the Vein."

Brad Pitt's name also popped out recently, but a source denies their involvement.

Oh, Charlize, if you only realize how lucky you are.
