In just a year, British singer Ed Sheeran doubled his value.

From £94 million ($121 million) in 2018, the 28-year-old's fortune has reportedly grown to £170 million ($219 million), according to Heat Magazine.

Now, he is officially Britain's richest celebrity under the age of 30.

The "Shape of You" hitmaker has surpassed Grammy-winning singer Adele as the richest Britain celebrity. Adele previously topped the list with an estimated fortune of £147.5 million ($190 million), but she was disqualified from the list after turning 31 in May.

The majority of Sheeran's income came from his "Divide" World Tour, which reportedly grossed £599.4 million ($775 million). During the tour, he played 258 shows to seven million fans between 2017 and 2019.

Aside from that, his overwhelming chart success -- including eight UK Number 1 singles and four chart-topping albums -- has boosted his earnings. Royalties from his songs were estimated to be £150 million ($194 million) in global record sales.

How Does Ed Sheeran Spend his Millions?

Sheeran is overly expanding "Sheeranville," a mini-village that houses the 16th-century farmhouse he bought in 2012. He splurged in real estate and purchased nearby properties, including a wildlife pond, private beach, four-room treehouse, football pitch and a pub.

He also owns a £20 million ($25 million) mansion in London. Sheeran is also generous, purchasing his friends Porsches and Range Rovers for them.

Other Rich Brits under 30

Following Sheeran is Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe, 30, with £90 million ($116 million). He was able to earn this big thanks to the movie franchise he starred in.

When Radcliffe was only 12, the first movie netted him £1 million ($1.2 million). The final film chalked up an impressive £15 million ($19 million) fee for him.

Former One Direction member Harry Styles, 25, is third with close to £64 million ($82 million). After 1D disbanded, Styles rolled in from his solo career and a world tour, which grossed at £12 million ($15 million) from 2017 to 2018. He's also a Gucci ambassador, and the brand paid him £8 million ($10 million) to be the face of their new genderless fragrance.

The fourth-place goes to Emma Watson, 29. Her net worth is currently £57 million ($73 million). She founded her fortune during her  "Hermione Granger" days and then topping it up in 2017 with "Beauty and The Beast."

Niall Horan, 26, is Styles' former One Direction bandmate and is the fourth richest British under 30. His world tour netted him £8.8 million ($11 million) last year, earning him a total of £54.8 million ($70 million).

On the sixth spot is an all-girl band Little Mix with £50 million ($64 million).

Following them is another One Direction member, Louis Tomlinson, 27, with £46 million ($60 million) at the 7th spot. Despite tragedies in his life, he continued to work, releasing new music and judging last year's "X-Factor" that earned him £4 million ($5 million).

Ex-One Direction member Liam Payne, 26, is still earning generous royalties that nets him a globe-trotting A-list lifestyle, hanging out with famous people like Mark Wahlberg and Naomi Campbell. His current net worth is £44 million ($57 million).

Supermodel Cara Delevigne, 27, is earning £39.5 million ($51 million) and Zayn Malik, 26, at £38 million ($49 million) for the 9th and 10th spots, respectively.
